Shrimp Salsa

Easy to do in the food processor or blender.

1 lb Cooked rock shrimp (Trader Joes if possible)
3 C Roma tomatoes
5 (more or less) Serrano peppers, seeded and chopped
2 oz Olive oil
2 oz Lime juice

Salt & pepper to taste
pinch of Sugar
1 bunch Cilantro
1 tbsp Garlic, minced

Combine ingredients, chill and serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette bread.
