Spicy Shrimp or Crawfish Spread

Crawfish could also be used in lieu of shrimp

1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese — softened
2 tbsp Chopped onion
2 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Prepared horseradish

1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
8 oz Chopped cooked shrimp — or steamed crawfish

Blend first 5 ingredients, then add chopped shrimp. Spoon into shallow baking dish and bake at 375° F for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold with crackers. Or use as a stuffing for cherry tomatoes or mushrooms.
