Spicy Spinach Dip

1 10-ounce package Frozen chopped spinach
8 ounces Mayonnaise
1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
8 ounces Sour cream
1 8½-ounce can Water chestnuts, chopped

1/2 small Onion, minced

1. Thaw spinach completely; then squeeze all the water out. Mix spinach with the other ingredients; blend well.
2. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
3. Serve with crisp crackers or chips.

Note: May also be served in a hollowed-out bread bowl, with chunks of bread placed alongside for dipping
