Spicy Vegetable Dip

1 C Sour cream
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Prepared mustard

1 tsp Paprika
dash Cayenne
2 tbsp Horseradish

Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with raw vegetables.

YIELD: 1 cup
