The Trawler’s Famous Crab Dip

1¼ C Mayonnaise
1 C Crabmeat
1/2 C Cheddar cheese, finely grated

Mix all of the above ingredients and serve with crackers. If you prefer a little extra tang, don’t be afraid to add more horseradish or French dressing to suit your taste.
