Flounder in a Skillet

1/2 c. Margarine
1 Tbsp. Dill Weed
2 c. thinly sliced Potatoes
1 c. Onion, sliced
1 pkg (10oz) Frozen Green Beans
1 # Flounder Fillets
1/2 c. Water
1/4 c. Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste

Melt 1/4c. margarine in skillet, stir in dill weed.
Layer Potatoes, onion and green beans in skillet; top with flounder.
Sprinkle with water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dot with remaining margarine.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
