Baked Stuffed Shrimp

1/4 cup butter
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled & cooked
1/4 tea. garlic salt
1/4 tea. salt
1/4 tea. pepper

Stuffing
1 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbl. melted butter
2 tbl. sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 tea. salt
1/2 tea. tarragon

Combine butter and seasonings in a shallow baking pan, 8″ x 8″.
Heat in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until butter is melted.
Arrange cooked shelled shrimp in a single layer in the melted butter.
Lightly toss together the stuffing ingredients with a fork.
Spread the stuffing over the shrimp in the baking pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
