Country Ham

1 Country ham
1/2 C Vinegar
2/3 C Brown sugar
Juice of 3 oranges

3 Sliced apples
1/2 C Pineapple juice

Trim ham and clean well. Place in large container. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, orange juice, apples, and pineapple juice; add enough water to cover ham. Cover and boil until tender. Drain, remove skin and score fat side.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
