Caramel Corn II

10 oz pkg Popcorn
2 sticks Margarine
1 lb Brown sugar
1/2 C White Karo syrup
1 tsp Soda

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

1. Pop corn, getting out unpopped corn. Put in a large roaster pan.
2. In a large saucepan (after it reaches boiling stage), boil 5 minutes the margarine, brown sugar, and Karo. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla. Pour hot syrup mixture over corn and mix well.
3. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour.
