Caramel Corn III

2 C Unpopped popcorn
1 cube Butter
1/2-1 C Sugar
2/3 C Light Karo syrup
1 tsp Vanilla

1. Pop corn and put in large bowl.
2. Combine butter, sugar and Karo syrup in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour immediately over popped corn.
4. May add nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut or food coloring for the holidays.
