Caramel Popcorn

1 C. Popcorn, unpopped (pop it)
2 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Margarine
1/2 C. Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp. Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1. In a medium pan, cook the brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove pan from stove.
2. Immediately add the soda. Pour over the popped corn.
3. Mix well. Divide the mixture into two large pans.
4. Put into 200 degree oven for 2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour.
