Cheesy Crackers

4 C Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
dash Cayenne pepper

2 C Flour

1. Cream butter and cheese. Add in salt and cayenne. Stir in flour. Roll into 1 1/2 inch logs. Chill untir firm.
2. Cut into 1/8 inch slices. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.

Can be frozen.
