Honey Caramel Corn

1/2 C Honey (orange blossom)
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Packed brown sugar
Dash Salt

2 tsp Grated orange peel
1/4 tsp Baking soda
3 qts Popped popcorn

Melt butter in large saucepan; stir in sugar, honey and salt. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; boil without stirring about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in orange peel and soda. Place popcorn into a greased 15×10 inch baking pan. Slowly pour syrup over the popcorn while stirring. Bake at 250 degrees F 45 minutes; stir every 15 minutes. Cool, break into serving pieces. Makes 3 quarts.
