Vegetable Roll

Try different flavored dressings for a variety of tastes.

1 tbsp. spreadable light cream cheese
1 tbsp. low-fat ranch (or other creamy) dressing
1 10-inch white (or whole wheat) flour tortilla
2 tbsp. grated carrot
2 tbsp. finely chopped green, red or yellow pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
3 tbsp. finely chopped broccoli florets

1/4 cup grated light Cheddar cheese

Combine cream cheese and dressing in small bowl. Stir.

Spread on tortilla, almost to edge.

Sprinkle with remaining 5 ingredients in order given.
Roll up tightly.
Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill.

Makes 1
