Lumber Jack Soup

3 coils Sausage (farmer, deer, etc.), cut bite size
3 cups Cubed ham
5 to 6 Carrots, chopped
4 stalks Celery, chopped
2 Medium onions, chopped
4 to 5 Medium potatoes, chopped
1 14 oz can Tomato sauce
2 cans Kidney beans

1 28 oz. can Tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Boil sausage for 1/2 hour, drain and set aside to cool. Chop up sausage.

Put vegetables, sausage and remaining ingredients in a soup pot. Cover vegetable mixture with water until vegetables start to float.

Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Just before serving, add Worcestershire sauce.

YIELD: Eight quarts soup
