Maple Chicken Drummies

1/4 c. maple syrup or honey
1/4 c chili sauce
2 T chopped fresh chives
1 T soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground mustard

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 lbs. chicken drumsticks (about 20)

How to make it

Heat oven 375. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in zip lock bag and pour sauce over them. Marinate 1 hr. Place on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered 45-55 minutes, turning once and brushing with sauce after 30 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink. Serve with blue cheese if desired.
