Stuffed Shrimp #2

Serve with your favorite beverage

3 lbs large shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese
1 3-oz pkg blue cheese
1/4 cup beer
minced parsley

1. Split the shrimp part way through on the vein side of the shrimp; set aside
2. Mix cheeses until smooth and blend in the beer
3. Stuff the cheese mixture into the slits of the shrimp
4. Dip the cheese side of the shrimp into the parsley
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve
