3 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 oz Roquefort cheese, softened, crumbled
3 oz Bleu cheese, softened, crumbled
2 tsp Grated onion
2 tsp Grated red or green bell pepper
1 tbsp horseradish
Salt to taste


1. Combine cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, bleu cheese, onion, red pepper, horseradish and salt in a bowl.
2. Stir in enough mayonnaise to make a sauce consistency.
3. Stir in a small amount of catsup for color if desired.

4. Serve with bite-size fresh vegetables.

Serves 8 to 10.
