Hot Mexican Cheese Dip

Assemble ahead of time, wrap it and refrigerate til you’re ready to pop it in the oven. It’s cheesy, spicy deliciousness is irresistible!

1 pkg (8 oz) Cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/4 C Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1 can (4 oz) Chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 C Finely chopped roasted red peppers
3/4 tsp Ground chili powder
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Chopped fresh cilantro
Crackers, tortilla chips and vegetables

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 3-cup baking dish.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and next 6 ingredients until just combined. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
4. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips and vegetables.

Makes 12 servings.
