Polynesian Dip

1 C Mayonnaise
1 C Commercial sour cream
1/4 C Onion, finely chopped
1/4 C Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 scant tbsp Preserved ginger, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients gently. Do not beat, as this breaks down sour cream. Chill.
