Chocolate Covered Popcorn

2 blocks Chocolate bark (chocolate or white)
1 bag Microwave popcorn

Pop corn in microwave as normal. Pour into bowl or pan and shake down unpopped kernels. Put popcorn onto cookie sheet until layered out.

Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute, stir, and put back into microwave for 15 minute intervals until thin and runny. (Be careful not to burn it.) Spread over popcorn by using a large hypodermic syringe (without the needle) which you can get at a farm supply or veterinarian’s office. Or you can pour it on the corn with a spoon in thin streams. After you put on the chocolate place into freezer for about 5 minutes (10 minutes for white chocolate); then remove, break it apart and put in tins or whatever. This is a real winner!
