Beef Sticks

1 – 2 lbs Steak, any kind
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp. Ginger
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Oil
dash MSG (Accent)

1/2 tsp whiskey or wine
2/3 c. Sugar

1. Slice partially frozen steak into very thin strips, 1/8″ wide and 2 1/2 ” long
2. Soak in the mixture of rest of ingredients 1/2 to 3 hours
3. Fry strips quickly in hot oil, turning once. Place on a plate until cool enough to put 4 or 5 strips on a toothpick.
4. Save drained sauce to pour over before serving. Good hot or cold.
