Mixer Bread

5 Cups Flour
2 Pkgs. Yeast
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Margarine

2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tsp. Salt

Measure 1 3/4 cup flour in a large bowl. Add yeast and mix with electric mixer. Put milk, water, 2 tablespoons margarine, salt and sugar in saucepan. Heat until warm. Pour into flour/yeast mixture and beat 1/2 minute on low. Beat on high for three minutes. With wooden spoon, stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead 5-10 minutes. Cover and let rest 20 minutes. Divide in half – pat out to measure 14″x7″. Roll from narrow side pressing dough in roll at each turn. Put into greased pans. Let rise until double. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400°.
