Oat Sesame Bread

1 C Reg. rolled oats
1/2 C Sesame seeds
1 pkg Yeast
1/2 C Warm water
1/4 C Molasses
2 C Boiling water
1/4 C Dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Melted butter

4 1/2 C White flour

1. Cook oats slowly in 2 cups boiling water until water is absorbed. Cool.
2. In frying pan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until browned. Cool.
3. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, add to cooled oats. Stir in molasses, corn syrup, salt, 2 tablespoons butter, and sesame seeds. Gradually stir in 4 cups flour.
4. Spread remaining flour on a board. Knead dough until elastic.
5. Place in a greased bowl, cover, let rise until doubled. Punch down, shape into loaves.
6. Place in 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch pans, greased on bottoms only. Cover, let rise until doubled.
7. Brush crusts with remaining butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
