Sweet Roll Refrigerator Dough

Yummy!!!!

2 Pkgs. Active dry yeast
1/4 Cup Warm water
1 Cup Milk, lukewarm
1 Cup Soft butter
2 Eggs Beaten

1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Grated lemon peel
4 1/2 Cups Flour, sifted

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine dissolved yeast and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Beat until smooth – about 1 minute. Cover with damp cloth. Place in refrigerator 2 hours (or overnight). Shape and let rise. For Cinnamon Rolls bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. For Tea Ring bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
