Turtle Cake Frosting

1 stick margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar

Melt in a small saucepan margarine, cocoa, and evaporated milk.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cool cake.
